I ordered a venti mocha frappuccino with extra chocolate, and it was just okay. Honestly, I can make a similar drink at home for less than 50 cents, especially considering how much I prepare. I brew my coffee extra strong, let it cool, pour it into ice trays, and freeze it for my frozen mocha drinks. This frappuccino seemed to have hardly any ice in it, making it more like a thin mocha shake—almost watery. I don’t think it should be like that. The total cost was a little over $7, which included an extra dollar for the extra chocolate. I’ll stick to making my drinks at home from now on.
I visited this location to conduct interviews for my own site, and I was impressed by the exceptionally friendly staff. The female General Manager truly stood out! She is community-focused and dedicated to making a positive impact for her team, guests, and the surrounding community. The atmosphere was vibrant, the service was excellent, and the place was spotless. She mentioned that she had recently transferred to this location. Keep up the great work! You're doing amazing things!
Very customer service, waited 20 min in line drive tru knowing they close at 8pm I had plenty of time, finally got there at 7:55 to order and they said they were close in automatic system when I got to the window they all hide inside in a corner not having the courtesy to said sorry we close or closing early for such a reason, worst customer services
Starbucks is Starbucks. If they don't make your drink right, they will remake for you. Most baristas have a positive attitude, but the best one is Candice. She has great costumer service skills and makes the best drinks. Check expiration date on food items before purchasing. The store bathrooms are clean. Drive-thru at this location available.

This location is becoming one of my go to spots for getting my weekly Starbucks fix.Not only are the shelves ingredients stacked, but the entire location is clean uncrowded every time I arrive. And the staff are friendly patient with the customers definitely the spot to relax do some computer work at!
Every time I receive a delivery, there's no straw or whipped cream included with the pumpkin cream drinks. Other places have always gotten it right; it's just this particular order. It's disappointing to try to enjoy an icy pumpkin drink without the whipped cream and straw.
Wow…. This place has some of the rudest employees I have ever experienced at a Starbucks. I was rushed through my order and had to repeat myself several times. Shame on you Starbucks…. This is not the level of service I am used to.
Very slow, it took almost 20 minutes for our drinks and there was only one person ahead of us. Guy was in slow motion
