I usually have a great experience at this restaurant, but today was different. My breakfast sandwich was burnt. It was Red Cup Day, and I arrived around 6:15 AM, so I know they had cups available, but I didn't receive one. I ordered a holiday drink, and I was really looking forward to participating in Red Cup Day for the first time, but I ended up feeling disappointed. I called to inquire about it, but the person who answered the phone was quite rude. I'm surprised by the attitude, as they are usually very friendly. I miss the girl who used to sing while taking our orders; she always made the experience enjoyable.
loveeee going to this starbucks!! i go almost everyday and the employees really add to the reason i go so often. Theresa (sorry if i spelled it wrong!! is such a welcoming face and always has the most beautiful energy and always puts a smile on my face! Morning and afternoon crew is so sweet always. The food and drinks are always so yummy too!
This location really needs to improve their drink mixing. Every time I order, all the flavor and sugar settles at the bottom. It's fine when I'm dining in, but it's really disappointing when using the drive-thru.
10$ a day for coffee..lol, no thanks, not sure what people are thinking, it adds up just wasted money, go to Soho bagel down the street great coffee for a reasonable price

This is my favorite Starbucks. The service is always super fast and all of the baristas are kind, warm, and friendly. The service here is unmatched at any other Starbucks.
