I am only writing a review because this is the third time I have had a problem at this location. We stop here on our way to church and place the order online ahead of time. After the first mess up, I always double check before submitting my order butthey still seem to get the order incorrect. I have ordered the banana nut loaf warmed and it?s always cold still in the plasticwrapper. I order the white hot chocolate (which you can definitely tell the difference between the white and the regular) but Istill get the regular. I called the manager the second time it was incorrect. Today it was incorrect again. Since we were on ourway to church, I did not have time to run back in for them to correc...
I enjoy coming to this location the staff is friendly and awesomeI went there recently and was greeted by everyone kudos to Keith he has great recommendations and was patient with us when ordering they didn’t have oatmilk which we wanted to order two drinks made with oat milk we were about to leave and go elsewhere ! he reassured us to try different milks with our order and was confident in the great taste of our iced beverages thank you Keith continue to be great and give great customer service!
I placed an order that totaled a staggering $8.2 billion for a chai with matcha and cold foam. They charged $4.95 for a large chai, added $1.69 for the cold foam, and another $1.00 for the matcha, bringing the foam alone to $2.69. The barista even asked if she should take the blame for the matcha charge. I was quoted $5.80 for the same order at another place. Come on, Starbucks, improve your pricing. Stop overcharging customers!
I had some gift cards to use, but the store near us was closed. Fortunately, it turned out to be very easy to find another location, and the staff was incredibly friendly. A special shoutout to the lady who made me that shaken espresso – it might just be one of the best drinks I've ever tasted!

Bria is a fantastic barista! I wanted to try a custom drink and she had a fantastic recommendation. She let me try a sip and WOW! It was delicious. Will definitely be getting this drink and be going to this location again!
The service is god awful. Instead of proceeding to take the next customer?s order staff decides to have a full blown conversation and acts as if others don?t exist????
