I just have to say the manager of this location is amazing he is so friendly and the the other day I was running late for work and asked if they could cancel my order if come back on break and he offered to bring it to me I said oh no it?s not a big dealreally and he still 5 minutes later drove over to my work and droppped off my coffee!! He did not have to do that all and it wassoo appreciated!! Amazing customer service!!!
I love Starbucks so much. Despite the known prices, they are relatively low. What I'm going was a mocha wrap that I loved, by the way, that didn't have coffee in it. They also have a variety of breads such as bananas and pumpkin. One of my favorite sweets is a chocolate straw. Finally, I would recommend Starbucks for anyone who wants a good drink.
I was in the Taunton shop on Sunday, October 9th at about 3 p.m. The coffee and service were top shelf however the shop was dirty. Tables sticky, floor littered, etc. The shop was not busy, and I and my companion along with one other patron were theonly customers sitting at a table. Walk in traffic was leisurely, with plenty of staff present.
Starbucks is open and accepting mobile orders, yet they don’t allow walk-in customers to place orders. This is one of the most frustrating policies I’ve ever seen and could definitely hurt their business. It’s a shame because their menu has great options, but this approach makes it hard for people to enjoy them. Book a table now
This Starbucks location can be great and usually the coffee is good but the ridiculousness of this mobile order only thing is just so frustrating. I literally wanted two cake pops and I had to order them while they watched me do it and then took theirtime getting them. No coffee, just cake pops. Ridiculous.
Staff always has a smile and equally important always gets my order right! (I pass by another starbucks who cant seem to get my order right after waiting in a 15 minute drive thru line. A pleasant experience everytime I go and will of course be back againtomorrow.
I ordered the new sugar cookie with almond milk salad and it came out delicious first I was like what this white little ball then realized it was the sugar for sugar cookies. Everyone is always in such a good mood with the high traffic flow
Is this location EVER open? Their hours on one place say one time, then change a day later. They don't appear short staffed as every time I've been in there's usually a hoard of people working. Book a table now
