Amber and Sally were very rude. While in their uniforms, they were getting turkeys in the meat section. Blocking the entire isle with their cart. Then said some rude comments to me when I wanted to get by to get some chicken. My son saw them mocking me as I walked away. IN THIER VONS HAT AND APRON. I think I’ll spend my hard earned money elsewhere from now on.
I really enjoy this Starbucks, but I was disappointed to find out they now close at 2 PM. The space is small, but the staff is friendly. However, during my visit today, I noticed a customer was allowed to sit inside at a table, which isn't permitted due to the ongoing quarantine. This was frustrating for me.
I was the only person who placed an order, yet it took 30 minutes for my drink to be made. When it was finally ready, they didn’t bother to inform me; I had to ask about it myself. This is unacceptable, Starbucks. I also felt the service showed discrimination. I would advise against visiting this location.
We went there on a Sunday morning and literally only ordered an iced coffee and a Frappuccino I gave them explicit instructions on how to do my eyes coffee and it was wrong my husband's Frappuccino was watery and their worth for girls behind the counter so one should have gotten right!! I give the Starbucks inside Vons at 11861 Valley View St, Garden Grove, CA 92845 a FIVE-STAR rating. It's a small Starbucks, but the barista is excellent. I ordered a fresh Venti cup of coffee and always add steamed whole milk. 5️⃣☕✨
No line I ordered a vente and grande hot blond latte with coconut milk. Both drinks were made quickly and tasted great. The staff always has a pleasant attitude. This is my favorite Starbucks.
Super fast spot to grab something before shopping. They were very conscious of social distancing with guidelines marked on the ground. Seemed like they are well trained at this location.
