Walked in and waited for the cashier to finish what they were doing (understandable as they were working the bakery) but as they came back to the register they never asked if I was ready to order but proceeded to tap away at the screen (unsure of what they were doing) then an EMPLOYEE cut in front of me and started placing an order. After seeing that, I ordered through the app and had to wait 10 minutes for my order…had I been able to order at the register I would’ve gotten my drink in 5 minutes and could’ve grab my breakfast but nope couldn’t do that because EMPLOYEES are cutting in front of customers. I visited the restaurant recently, feeling a bit rushed as I had an urgent job interview coming up. I needed a specific ingredient for a recipe, and fortunately, the friendly supervisor on duty that morning, July 21, 2023, was incredibly helpful. She provided me with the tiny ingredient that I couldn’t find at the nearby Whole Foods, and I was so relieved, as my interview was approaching fast. I initially thought I had the ingredient at home, but my partner had used the last one without telling me—again! I truly appreciate the support I received! Having worked at Starbucks for six years, I always enjoy connecting with fellow partners and helping each other out!
I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant due to the manager, Renee. She insisted on charging me extra for steamed milk in my Café Misto, even though steaming is typically included in the price. I've been getting this drink every day for years at the same price, but today, Renee smugly tried to charge me $5.50 instead of the usual $4.63. On principle, I walked out without my coffee. As a manager, she should understand how pricing works. I'm very disappointed!
Been coming here every other day. Usually pretty friendly staff. This time there’s a new dude who just looks like he does not want to be there. Promptly me when I asked for a pup cup, and judging from the look on his face, I didn’t dare to ask again. Like, if your customer is scared to talk to your barista, there’s something seriously wrong man!

I waited 20 minutes to get a sandwich warmed up and the manager with the red/pink hair is very rude
