I had a great experience at this restaurant yesterday. The staff was very polite and friendly. My large Eggnog Latte with an extra shot of espresso, whipped cream, extra hot, and uncut was absolutely perfect. Although the price was a bit high, I was pleasantly surprised. I plan to visit again tomorrow. The music was too loud, as is often the case with Starbucks. If they can keep providing great service, this could become my go-to Starbucks for my seasonal Eggnog Latte. I don't usually visit Starbucks too frequently due to the loud music in their stores. If they aren't completely overwhelmed with cars, dining here is always a delightful experience! The staff is incredibly friendly, full of personality, and provides outstanding customer service. Today, they even added adorable little stickers to our drinks, which I thought was a sweet touch that really brightened our day. 10/10! (Also, don’t miss the honey citrus mint tea—it's fantastic!)
Why does Google say they are open until 8 PM came in today at 6:15 to pick up my order in store and it’s closed when I pull up to the drive-through window. They are not accepting credit or debit and I had to wait until 630 in line to get, my order that I placed way ahead of time . Hot drink is now cold. Cold drink is melted with the ice and my two sandwiches are now cold.
I've visited this location three times, and each time my order has been incorrect. During my last visit, I ordered a venti but received a large instead and was charged for the larger size. The staff seems inattentive and indifferent; when I pointed out the mistake, all I got in response was a casual shrug. I won't be returning to this place.

Worst Starbucks i've ever been to. If I could give them a 0 i would. Terrible time management, rude, slow customer service and they don't seem to care about the customers. It's empty in here and I ordered a drink 20 minutes before on the app and it's still not ready. It's been like this for quite awhile.
This is a wonderful, modern Starbucks with an impressive selection of cups! The service is quick and highly efficient. Plus, they offer a drive-thru for added convenience!
