I come here sometimes because it’s on my way to RVCC. I only have good things to say about this Starbucks. Today I had a great experience, the barista that took my order was Liz, she was very kind. I told her I wanted to try an iced coffee for the first time (i usually get refreshers) and she was so nice about it. She asked me some questions like whether i like sweet or sugary, etc. and she recommended I get an iced coffee with milk, a couple pumps of mocha and vanilla syrup, as well as splenda. She told me that it’ll be very smooth and won’t have an over powering coffee taste, and she was right! It was so delicious and so smooth! I’m not the biggest coffee fan, but Liz knew what she was tal...
So even though I gave a 5 star rating unfortunately I did experience something crazy... the staff was overwhelmed customers all over the place orders behind I had to wait 40 minutes for my order which is crazy but normally this place is great...I just wish the big wigs in the company would come down to our level and see what happens in the field because situations like this is crazy and sometimes people need help or just a break or something plus sometimes people can be really nasty to each other...let's appreciate the finer things in life and lets not give each other a hard time we have enough to deal with already...keep up the great work guys
This location has become my go-to Starbucks on my way to work. I always order ahead using the app, and everything is always fresh and ready on time, but my communication with the staff is limited because I just run in, grab my stuff and run out. This morning I had this sweet little note on my cup. It?s such a small thing, but I was already having a really difficult day, and this small effort really picked my spirits up. Thank you, see you guys again soon!
I'm a fan of Starbucks! The customer service is excellent, and the drinks are always enjoyable. Thank you! The restrooms are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is welcoming with friendly patrons. They offer all the usual items you'd expect at a Starbucks. I appreciate their involvement in the community, especially with initiatives like toy drives during the holiday season. I absolutely love this location. They remember my name because I come in everyday and it?s honestly the most welcoming feeling. From little notes on my cups to warm hellos this is by far the best Starbucks I?ve ever been to. And they have NEVER messed up my order!!
