I really don't go to this store, though I live close, it's in an area I typically go to. BUT I do go once in a great while. Every time There's an issue. Today Harley helped me and got my drink wrong. Though she got it wrong, she was upset that I wanted it corrected ? wait what. You made it wrong and you're upset because I wanted it made my way. And she had the nerve to try to get me to pay for it to be corrected ummm no, the way you made it is the same price I wanted it done. Shame on Harley!!!
This is Wifey's favorite Starbucks! She places her orders through the app, and I just enjoy whatever she gets—it's a great system! The staff are usually very friendly and helpful, but things can get a bit hectic when it gets really busy. I love the atmosphere of this coffee shop!
I haven't visit Starbucks for a long time and decided to get my coffee today at La Palma/ Valley viewI feel I am very unwelcome and atmosphere was not nice. I had never experienced like this before.
I can't make it through the day without a boost, and Starbucks coffee always satisfies my cravings. Plus, they have disabled parking available for those who need wheelchair access. Book a table now
Not trying to be a Karen or anything, but if you don't want your banana bread warmed, be sure to tell them that at least four times....three times proved to be insufficient.
I ordered a regular oat milk latte for breakfast here via mobile order, and the preparation time was quick. The latte was absolutely delicious!
Tried to walk in at 7:05pm tonight and the doors are locked. Hours say open til 8pm. Super confused.
Ordered venti and got grande in a venti cup ! Do not recommend this location!!! Book a table now
