Very satisfied with my rental experience with Hertz. The advisor/commercial who took care of me was very professional and pleasant. Everything was done quickly but with due process. The car was clean and the defective elements were well noted on the starting mail. Everything went well for me so I recommend this agency.
Unlike other negative opinions, our experience with Hertz went very well. While we had a personal problem that led us to need the car longer, we were able to extend the car rental in a few minutes and return it to an agency in another city the next day (removing a correct rate). Friendly staff at the counter.
I look like five stars for six. Nothing to do with Enterprise running. No respect. He takes us for pigeons...
