The staffing has most definitely changed. This is the most pleasant experience that I have ever experienced in this location! I stopped coming to this location for Starbucks for nearly a year. After 4 different rude,unfriendly, no smiling experiences, I gave up and took my money to St. Thomas location. I love that location too when I'm in the area. At the Owings Mills location( inside of the Giant), not only was I greeted with a pleasant person but she made sure my drink was amazing! I will start patronizing this location again. Thanks for your kindness and respect
To make matters worse, the barista who handed me my drink had a passive-aggressive attitude, saying “you’re welcome” in a snarky tone. Plus, the lid on my drink wasn’t secured properly, which I suspect was intentional. This level of service is completely unacceptable. From what I can see in other reviews, it seems that poor customer service is a common issue here. Luckily, there's a new location next to Costco that just opened, and I’ll be going there instead to avoid the unpleasantness.
Terrible customer service! They completely ignored us and even overflowed my cup without any concern. They just left our order on the table while we waited. I would never return to this Starbucks. Every other Starbucks I've visited had friendly staff who treated customers much better. It seems like these employees aren't happy in their jobs!
I’m giving this restaurant a 2-star rating for a couple of reasons. First, my morning coffee was made with skim milk, even though I specifically requested soy milk. As someone who is lactose intolerant, this is a significant issue for me. On a positive note, the service was great.

Wheelchair accessibility: I was doing my grocery shopping and needed a pick me up...how convenient to be able to shop and stop for a cup of Joe. I like the concept plus I was on the stores scooter and the ease of getting to the Starbucks counter made it all the better.
One of the better Starbucks, the food and service is the same as anywhere but their interior is fantastic. Ample supply oh fantastic seating including couches and comfy deep upholstered chairs. They did seem to have a fireplace although it wasn't on when I was there.
Love the drinks in a great atmosphere. Customer service is good.
