Amazing customer service and they filled up your drink all the way when you ask for light ice. My fiancée and I stopped by here after our drive back from Lake Tahoe since she was craving her Gva PF drink. I got my Mango dragonfruit which I asked for light ice. I was expecting the drink to not be filled all the way up because at Starbucks in Los Angeles, they try to match the exact level on their measuring cup when ice is added. But at this Starbucks, the workers filled my drink to the too and I really like that. She also had some small talk with us. There was basically nobody inside and there was many parking spots. They even have outside seating again which is nice to see.
Nice store, it's big and I easily found everything I needed in one place last minute Christmas shopping. The lady at self check was amazing; I knocked over my Starbucks coffee all over the floor on self check and she helped me clean it up and was so sweet about it. She told me to go back up to the Starbucks and they would happily give a refil. I go up to Starbucks and tell the girl who's at the register what happened, the first and only thing she says to me is, “did you clean it up?†Well of course I cleaned it up, was I not going to get a refill if I didn't? Unfortunately one person can ruin it for the whole business.
The flavor of our beverages are good. Staff did not provide a total at the order window which is not good customer service. When we arrived at the pickup window we were then advised that two of the items we had ordered were sold out. And one of the items we ordered as a Frappuccino and it arrived as a latte. Staff needs to be more attentive but they were polite. Perhaps on our next visit there will be an improvement.
This Starbucks location is clean and maintains the same standard as most others. The customer service is friendly and enjoyable. The restrooms are tidy, making it a great option for a quick stop. Additionally, there is seating available that is comfortable enough for those who want to linger for a while.

Haha, Mason... I ended up getting my extra soy for free at a different location anyway. It's disappointing that he's here now. The ratings are definitely going to drop. It's a shame because this place used to be a solid 5-star before he arrived.
The drive-thru team was excellent and ensured the line moved quickly. This was the best service I've ever experienced at 10:15 AM!
Great Starbucks just doesn't have the breakfast food but I guess you don't need it cause your in a safeway grocery store
