Starbucks on Austin Street is one of the best there is for customer service , in or out the store. The staff is always so friendly , patient and caring especially during the pandemic !!! They personalized the delivery bags with a smile ! They never got one of my order wrong . I ' ve been a customer for over 3 years in store Tihira) and Uber Eats Uni)! They get an outstanding !!!
Very friendly employees at this locatuon. From cashier to baristas, they were cleaning and quick with their drink expediting. Satisfied more than any other starbucks in queens ive been to post pandemic. Thank you to the amazing team there
Service was quick and helpful. However, the shop could have been cleaner bathrooms cleaned with tp. Customers are buying something to eat, it is possible to use the facilities too. For better service overall a cleaner shop bathroom.
This location gets pretty busy, but the staff is great. Gil the barista was patient with us when we asked for a cup of water with our order! Thanks Gil.
