I had a fantastic takeout experience recently! The food was absolutely delicious and earned a perfect rating of 5. Every dish was flavorful and exceeded my expectations. The service was equally impressive; the staff was friendly and efficient, making sure my order was accurate and ready on time, which also deserves a 5-star rating.
The atmosphere, despite being a takeout order, was inviting and pleasant when I picked up my meal. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience. I highly recommend this restaurant for an affordable and satisfying meal!

Overall, I had a fantastic experience with the takeout meal. The food was exceptional, easily earning a perfect score. The service was also good, although there’s a bit of room for improvement, which is why I rated it 4 out of 5. The atmosphere was delightful, making it a pleasant spot to eat, even if you're taking food to go. Plus, there's plenty of free parking available, making access to the restaurant very convenient.
Starbucks used to be recognized for its relaxed ambiance and quality coffee, but this location lacked both. I suggest steering clear and finding a decent coffee shop elsewhere in New York. I ordered a cappuccino without it being hot, which is a straightforward request—just use cold milk and don’t steam it for too long. Unfortunately, they messed that up despite asking for clarification. I also hoped to get some work done while I sipped my coffee, but the music was so loud that I could hardly think, let alone concentrate on my tasks. It was so noisy that the baristas might not have even heard my order correctly, which could explain the mistakes.
This place is a well oiled machine! The staff is so friendly and hardworking. I always get my order quickly, if it’s not already waiting for me from my mobile order ahead. There isn’t much seating at this location, but with two kids in tow that’s not what I’m looking for. If you need a quick, consistent coffee with a nice staff this Starbucks is great! They let us know that they were out of spinach wraps for our mobile order and offered to substitute them with another breakfast sandwich. Additionally, they gave us a gift card to make up for the inconvenience. The service was very pleasant, and the staff member with red hair who assisted us was especially nice!
I'm really disappointed! This was my first visit, and the cappuccino was awful; it had a terrible smell and didn't even smell like coffee! I placed an online order, picked it up, and left without the chance to return and voice my complaint. Food: 1
