Was there this morning and saw a delivery person trying to pick up an order.. the staff ingored the driver and had the order where customers pick up regular orders plus saw other customers coming in and they turn on their friendly ness on..but not to the delivery driver. Plus saw her being friendly and professional even though the staff was rude that's not right she was only doing her job. I think I will report this store to corporate. The staff is new please bring back the other ones you had . Doesn't feel the same anymore. Even the manager is not friendly very rude. You need to retrain this staff to treat everyone equal including delivery drivers you need them to deliver to your customers....
I enjoy visiting Starbucks locations. This cute little number is in San Dimas. Dine in is available, and they are quick to make your drink. I've been here twice, and the most I've waited was probably 10 minutes. The baristas are really friendly, and because it's located in such a beautiful part of San Dimas, I don't even mind the wait. I had my usual Pistachio latte. I'm taking advantage since it's a seasonal beverage. This has become one of my usual stops when I'm in the area.
I had my favorite Starbucks Mango/Dragon Fruit Refresher. It was good. The drive through was crowded. I went around 12 noon, during the week day. So, I went indoors. There was plenty of seating. It wasn?t crowded. The air conditioning was on. It was hot outside. I had a good experience at this location! The customer service was excellent!
Most of us know how Starbucks so base on store design and restroom cleanness. This is a small but boutique like store nestle in a charming small traditional fashion town. Two restrooms on site. Fairly convenient
