The cashier, a tall gentleman, was quite impatient with me even after I mentioned it was my first time visiting. Naturally, my order ended up being wrong because I didn’t know what to choose. When I asked for some sugar, I was surprisingly questioned about why I ordered what I did. Honestly, I just wanted to experience STARBUCKS, but I can assure you, I will never again spend my hard-earned money at this place. It’s simply not worth it.
This location needs a new manager, one without an attitude. She was visibly upset because I wanted a coffee that wasn't made. When I asked for a pour over she totally flipped out and got a serious attitude because she was actually going to have to work. If she is too unhappy to do her menial job then she should probably seek a new job. I'm a customer and should be greeted with a smile and treated respectfully.
I went to this Starbucks tonight and the service that was given by one of the barista's was terrible. I understand it's a busy season and mistakes happen, but this girl was rude and disrespectful. I didn't appreciate spending my money and time for poor customer service. She slid my drink towards me after making it wrong twice, I was to say the least, offended.
My go to spot to feed my coffee drink addiction in the morning for work. The workers inside are friendly. Recently my order had got mixed with someone else's and I believe the manager brought me out the correct order And gave me a warm croissant on the house. Book a table now

Great service. Mad props to the barista who overheard my kids arguing because one managed to slip in a grande over a tall order, and then delivered 2 same-sized drinks. Crisis averted.
