Wouldn’t let customers use restrooms! A worker was very rude to customer who needed the restroom, told her bathrooms are out of Oder! Turns out they cleaned the bathrooms and didn’t let customers use them due to the fact, they were closing in one hour. I’m going to call the village of wilmette, that Starbucks, is violating, resterant, for not having bathrooms. Will never come back to this location due to the abusive heavy set women
Hot coffee. You can stay all day and buy nothing. You can set up a tent in the toilet and live comfortably for free. How will Starbucks earn money? Not my problem. I'm too busy to go to Dünkin Domits and Einstein brothers Bagels or any place that sells CARIBOU coffee. Or I do it myself. Cook some water, some fresh ground coffee beans. Woila you have Arabic coffee. Just like Turkish, but without the terrible Turkish Empire.
This is the worst location I've ever visited. I've had issues for the last five visits where I paid for extras, yet they were missing every time. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when you were looking forward to the meal. Today was my sixth visit, and it reminded me exactly why I avoid this place. Manager, please take action and improve your staff training.
After my experience yesterday it was so pleasing to have a smiling server and staff who gave a damn. There was a wait but one of the staff checked with us to make sure we hadn't been overlooked- we hadn't. They were busy but managed to keep upbeat. This place has pleasant outdoor seating too. Book a table now
This Starbucks has a well organized arrangement of chairs and a parking lot. They were nice and organized, but it wasn't busy, just those who don't have or don't need a job hanging out at 10 am on Wed morning. I just didn't feel like dealing with a parking meter in Evanston this day.
Probably the bougie-est starbucks ive ever seen ? It’s very cozy and cute inside and very serene outside. Their staff is very kind and sweet too. I love this
