The staff member I encountered today at 3:30 PM was outstanding! She provided excellent service and managed to make our drinks all on her own. I really appreciated her flexibility with my drink customization requests. Thank you to her for that! I've often found that some Starbucks locations can be confused or unwilling to accommodate specific requests, but she was truly amazing! The drinks were also very well prepared. I was lucky enough to visit during her happy hour, which meant I got a buy-one-get-one-free offer on the drinks—an added bonus! We ordered a salted caramel mocha frappuccino and a mixed chai latte with coffee.
