Never get good service here. Always the same server. It says online for i don’t even know how long that it closes at 9 and i’ve gone countless times from 7.30-9 pm and they always say they are closed already, they are out of stock in a lot of things and are rude. giving 2 stars because i like Starbucks but this place needs to be managed better.
It's always bustling on a Sunday afternoon. I walked in expecting the service inside to be quick and less hectic, but that wasn't the case. However, it was still faster than waiting in the long drive-thru line. If possible, your best bet is probably to order for pickup. On a positive note, all my orders have been accurate and delicious!
I want to give a big shout-out to the staff for their quick service and fantastic food. Everything I tried tasted better than at other Starbucks locations. The customer service was excellent, and I appreciate how they handled a disruptive situation with a threatening individual. I will definitely be coming back! ❤️
I've been a long-time customer of this chain, but I may not be for much longer. Every time I visit the Silicon Valley location, there's a line and only one employee working. Waiting 15 minutes just for a coffee? They really need to get their act together and improve their customer service. Book a table now
Every time I walk by this restaurant, there is never anyone behind the counter after 5:30-6pm. Their hours say they close at 8pm, but a few times I have passed by before 6:30pm and all the lights were on but no one was there. It's inconsistent and frustrating to waste my time.
This Starbucks should not be in operation, as they are frequently short-staffed, and it's common to wait in line for at least thirty minutes.
I really like this location of Starbucks! The staff is really good and I always get my drinks exactly like I ordered them.
This drive through Starbucks is so convenient but their lines are crazy and they hardly ever carry the items advertised. Book a table now
