I've been sitting in the drive-thru for 12 minutes now, and it's 10:21 AM on a Tuesday. I thought the drive-thru would be quicker and prioritized, but people who went inside are getting their drinks much faster. This is the slowest drive-thru experience I've ever had, and I usually prefer to order and pick up quickly. This will definitely be my first and last time coming here. Edit: I pulled up at 10:11 AM and finally got my coffee at 10:34 AM.
This store is the WORST. They are always behind. Why order ahead and still have to wait, a LONG time? I’ve given this store many many chances but it’s always the same. The baristas are working hard but there’s something about their process that’s messed up. Not been an issue at other stores that are just as busy. Poor management.
Drive thru literally moved 1 car at the speaker, 1 at the window. This line moved extremely slow, not like most. The way the drive thru line is positioned is confusing. Some enter from Orchard Lake some from 12 mile making 2 lines form. The Drive thru needs to be modified so that it's clear who's turn is next!!!
Have been to this Starbucks several times and it's definitely a good location. Never been disappointed with the service. Ideally located next to 696 and very prompt service.Ample seating available though some comfortable couch seating would be better than hard wood chairs. Book a table now
They made a comment about my niece's hairstyle. We were on our way to see Frozen at Mercy High School.
