I'm not a fan of Target Starbucks locations. They aren't true Starbucks stores; they just have a license to use the name. I waited in line for 15 minutes to order a drink, only to be told by the barista that they didn't have what I wanted. I know it's a minor issue, but the service was slow, and there was only one person behind the counter. I won't be returning to this Starbucks.
The service at Starbucks was excellent. My coffee was made just the way I wanted. The baristas also took time to inform me about various products and holiday gifts on display. They were friendly and easy to talk to, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a wonderful time at this location, a rarity at other places. They certainly deserve an A+ from me.
Starbucks used to have an amazing team that crafted exceptional drinks. Unfortunately, it seems there has been a change in staff, and the current crew feels less experienced. As a result, the drinks are not as impressive as they once were. On the bright side, the location inside Target is very convenient, and you can use any Target discount cards for your purchases!
Service was excellent. Coffee turned out just the way I wanted them to make it. Barristas took the time to tell me about a lot of the other products and gifts they had displayed for the holiday season. They were also very personable and nice to talk to.It was a great experience at this location which I don't always see at other locations. They got an A+ from me. Book a table now
This Starbucks is conveniently situated and a great addition to Waterbury. The service inside is outstanding, and there are plenty of tables for seating. However, parking can be somewhat frustrating, as there is often just one spot available, even with the drive-thru option.
Hours of operation are listed for today Sunday 8am-8pm but I was there at 9:30am, it was dark, the Target redcoats said that it?s closed and opens at 12 noon. By that time I?ll be drinking beer so no thanks anyway and I?ll save my money goodbye
The lady was talking with her friend and I asked x a coffee. She said it?s close. Was 6:50 pm.
Closes at 5pm . How can pple get product after work if they are closed at 5 pm ? Poor service Book a table now
