Poorly made Coffee with a side of drama. I'm an avid Starbucks dribbler; it's my happy place in the a.m. Hadn't been to this location in a while and it's bad. Went in, I waited for a few minutes (totally fine). Overheard drama from one of the girls (she didn't have a name tag couldn't get her name), she was talking very loud how she had been scheduled to work at 9 one day and wasn't her time to work ever just because (the manager) didn't want her to attend and even because it would be weird. Finally got to order simple: 2 iced coffee, light heavy cream, 2 shots of sugar free vanilla. Getting them I knew they were wrong, gave the girl benefit of the doubt. Tasted like pure heavy cream. Looked...
I'm mute, so I usually use my phone to order through the app. On the rare chances that I don't have a Starbucks gift card, I would order through my notes app and show them words.I understand how it can be annoying to just be flashed a phone, but the workers (cashiers and baristas alike) are very friendly. You can tell they are pretty close to not only one another, but also with the customers as well. As someone who has stayed at the location for hours or just an hour in-between my shifts, all the workers are very welcoming to everyone and some even know certain customers by name.Thank you to all the employees who are not only accommodating to me, but also such a joy to the employees.
Once the customer’s transaction was done, I continued to wait until one of the other employees finally opened up another register to help me. After placing my order, it took another 6 minutes for my drinks to be made because that employee also joined in on the ongoing conversation happening behind the counter.
The owner or management really needs to improve customer service and teach their staff proper professional etiquette. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this store again. They need to do better.
I just left this place because I came to get a coffee and the girls just ignore me for about 3 minutes. I saw them clearly looking at me and now of them even said hi. They pretended that they were working. LolAt least say hi and let the costumers know they are not ignored that is really rude.

We visited this Starbucks on a Saturday late morning. Although it was busy, the baristas were friendly and attentive. The restrooms were clean, and this location features games and a large main dining table. Our drinks were fresh, and the food we ordered was also delicious!
I used to visit this place often to study, and it’s truly a fantastic spot!
Drinks were good . Need to work on prep timing. Will be visiting again.
I'm not really a starbucks fan but the staff in here is very nice.
