This restaurant is often crowded, primarily because it's the only convenient stop for many commuters heading to the freeway. While it's generally expected to be busy, the real issue here is the quality of service at this particular location. The drinks are inconsistent compared to other outlets. I was let down when I ordered a cold brew and ended up with a drink that was mostly cream—definitely not what I paid for, as I was looking for a proper coffee!
I’ve visited this restaurant several times over the past few years while traveling from Fullerton to Oceanside. The staff has consistently been extremely friendly and efficient in preparing my orders. During my most recent visit, I happened to arrive just a minute before closing. I was only there to redeem some rewards I had earned, but fortunately, I was able to complete my transaction and only had to pay a small additional amount.
I visited this cafe for the first time early in the morning for coffee. The service was good, and there was no line, which made for a quick experience. The cafe is located in a small parking area, but it’s manageable since there are other businesses nearby. However, depending on the time you visit, finding a parking spot can be a bit challenging.
Waited 20 minutes for 1 hot coffe. It was done sitting there for like 10 min no one bothered to call my name it was almost no other customers, not busy I would have heard. 4 employees and no communication or call out of my name. Its like the simplest things. But wasting somones time is so lame. Book a table now
One thing I can always count on at Starbucks is consistency. The drinks are excellent, and the food is quite good as well. The staff at this location are very friendly. However, the parking lot can feel a bit sketchy at night, though that's not really an issue related to Starbucks itself.
this place was great the staff was rude and not helpful. i stopped for a drink and the starbucks app was not working and they would not help and would not take cash so they saved me $6 for a drink and i went to another drink location with a much friendlier
got my order wrong. was overcharged because of the incorrect order. was told ?don?t worry about it? when i asked if there was a price difference, which there was. My mocha was also watery. Not nearly as good quality as other Starbucks.
This restaurant is in a fantastic location that's always full of life. They do an excellent job of quickly fulfilling orders, especially if you use the app. I highly recommend ordering through the Starbucks app during busy times. Book a table now
Starbucks has some really nice drinks. Their cold brew is fantastic and can be flavored several different ways. Delicious.
