I went to this Starbucks over a year ago when there were a lot of COVID restrictions and I ordered an iced coffee and they got it wrong because it tasted like cleaning stuff, so I walked back inside and asked them to make it again and they made it again and I tried it out and they asked me to keep my mask on. Seriously?! I just pulled my mask down for 2 seconds to try a sip of the iced coffee to see if it tasted better. You could go to Casa Blanca upstairs and sit down, take your mask off and eat a meal there. I travel often and frequent Starbucks in every city that I visit- this location by far the WORST in terms of customer service, efficiency, and cleanliness. The staff was rude (especially Melany) and incompetent, they made drinks incorrectly and worked inefficiently-there was more than a 30 minute wait for basic drinks. In spite of the fact that 5 people were working, they had to call someone for instructions on how to use the register. Horrible experience. Starbucks corporate should consider cleaning house-they certainly couldn’t do worse for employees.
I have order online and go to pick up around 30 min before I g get it after that I went to that branch I’m not see my order I ask the guys(Black man) He said NNot have the order I try to see on my app to show him He said today not have the mobile online I checked my bank application not deduct my card it’s fine but today the already desucted my account $11.25 but I need to knew where is my order?And I promise to myself I don’t want to come back to have starbuck again because this is not first time to happen for the world Brand like starbuckVanatsorn
The restaurant was severely understaffed, leading to slow service and visibly unhappy employees, which created a gloomy atmosphere. No matter how many ingredients you add to your drink, it still tastes bland. Additionally, this location can't even get its hours straight; they close at 2 PM, but both Google and the Starbucks app show different hours. I recommend going to the Starbucks on Winthrop Avenue instead. Starbucks needs to pay their employees better—it's clear that no one wants to work there, and probably for good reasons.
