I've been visiting this place for quite some time, and I can confidently say they rarely get my order wrong. Mistakes happen, which is completely understandable, but for the most part, their service is excellent. The staff is always friendly to my mom and me. I typically order an iced caramel macchiato with light ice and an extra pump of caramel, or an acai lemonade refresher, both of which are delicious! There are plenty of spots indoors to work on assignments or simply relax. The outdoor area is fantastic as well, especially on sunny days, featuring a fountain and about 30 tables where you can enjoy time with family and friends. Sad to post this cause this place is my go to 6 days a week. Sometimes twice a day. Next to my work and always been easy to sneak over Don't know who they have hired lately but horribly slow. Your talking 10 to 15 min during their down times to get a drink. But what's annoying is they send a notice saying it's ready. So end up having to walk over a few times Insane wait times. In my last two experiences sending my husband to pick up our drinks (since he insists on only getting those), I haven't received the correct amount of syrup I asked for, nor any whipped cream. It's surprising because I usually order more complex drinks without any problem. I just can't figure out why there seems to be an issue with such a simple order.

They have a great team currently. There's one individual whose name i don't know, but he is GREAT at his job. And nice. He's got blue eyes and blondish hair. Hopefully he see's this and knows he's appreciated!
Horrible service. I'll never be back. Cost me an arm and a leg just to get my god damn sandwich. Not even worth it for the price in the first place. Sad
