Today I came in for a matcha latte and it was painful for me to observe the BULLYING going on between the workers. The barista fallon was on duty sweeping when I came in, while the other workers crowded in a corner behind the register looking and whispering about her with disdain. When I arrived to the register, they instructed the barista fallon to take register duty and that, the red hair barista was busy when in fact he was standing around talking badly about the barista sweeping, who was then now helping me at the register. This was very intense work place bullying I witnessed and it’s not acceptable in this society. Everyone has to live life, everyone has to work, do not make it harder...
Love this Starbucks! Made a quick pit stop here on my way to Santa Monica, and I really loved the decor inside. This area is smack dab in the middle of WeHo. The pride mural inside as well as the numerous pride flags made me soooo happy, especially during the month of Pride! The workers were so attentive to the details of my order. I simply asked for light ice and the barista made sure to ask me, You asked for Light Ice right? I just want to make sure that it 's all good . To which I replied, Of course! It was great! I typically order from Starbucks using the mobile app, and the process is very smooth. Most of the time, my drinks are ready within the estimated time provided by the app (around 5-7 minutes). Only once, out of the 10+ times I've visited, did I have to wait an extra 5 minutes, but it was hardly a long wait! The quality of the drinks has always been consistent. I usually enjoy their refreshers or iced soy lattes, and they're always delicious!
I haven't checked out the bathrooms or spent much time studying there, so I can't comment on that.
The service was extremely slow, and my hot drink was served lukewarm—definitely not acceptable for a $6 coffee. To make matters worse, when I politely asked for a straw, I was told to wait even longer after already having waited so long for my drink. Just because the staff is busy doesn't excuse the poor quality of service and attitude toward customers.
In short, this is the worst location I’ve been to, with terrible customer service and management.

This was a great spot, conveniently located near Trader Joe's whenever I was in the area. I had heard that it might close due to concerns related to homelessness, and when I drove by on Tuesday, it was already boarded up. There are a few other locations nearby, but I will really miss this one for nostalgic reasons. I hope the employees managed to transfer to another location or find new opportunities. Goodbye, 1995-2022.
What a lovely day! I enjoyed an iced coffee with some friends while sitting outdoors under umbrellas in comfortable chairs, people-watching in West Hollywood. Of course, Starbucks coffee is always good, but the pleasant atmosphere made it even better. Definitely check it out; it’s a nice spot on Santa Monica Blvd. Just a heads up, though—the restrooms were still closed when we visited!
First they don't mix the matcha when you add powder. They are the only ones who don't. Second if you run out of oat milk don't take it upon yourself to just give soy milk. I'm allergic to soy and the woman working decided that I wouldn't notice it. When you are working with food and drinks you should NEVER just give whatever you think you should as a replacement.
I had a great experience at this Starbucks. I did encounter a challenging barista this morning, but overall, they usually provide excellent service.

I've complained so many times about this Starbucks even to store manger and district Manager they don't do anything about Bumbs hanging around.
