I have been a Gold Star member since 2009 and I have been to this Starbs location multiple times. So this is not a one-and-done review. Their drive thru lines and processes seem to work fine. It is when customers come inside where the breakdown happens. For example, today with the rain, I anticipated this location to be busy. It actually was not that packed inside. However, tables and the floor were dirty. I ordered a Venti Medicine Ball and went to wipe down my table as I waited. And waited. And waited. I ordered an oat milk matcha latte this morning and also asked them to make sure the matcha didn 't have dairy products, the gals were really nice! But later I started feeling really sick and almost got sick in my car. I called them to asked if there could of been a mistake on my order because I got so sick. The woman on the phone was rude asking me what 's my question? After I told her how sick I felt after drinking the matcha. She didn 't give me comfort or any condolence. I thought maybe they 'd say they could have made a mistake and apologize, maybe offer me another matcha but nothing and just made me feel like an idiot for calling. The interior of the building is spacious and perfect for meetings or study sessions, which I rate as an 8/10 for accommodations. The drive-thru usually operates efficiently, but lately, due to COVID and other factors, the line has been exceptionally long, often spilling over into the Raleys parking lot. I give the drive-thru a score of 6/10.
The baristas here are incredibly friendly—by far the nicest I've encountered at any Starbucks. I’m thrilled with their attitude, so I rate the service a perfect 10/10. The sandwiches and drinks are well-prepared and absolutely delicious, earning a food score of 9/10.

my daughter went to this store to buy a cup of Frappuccino while I was shopping next door. She patiently waited for over 20 minutes and even asked the staff about her order, only to be told to keep waiting. It wasn't until I personally approached the staff to inquire about the delay that they admitted to forgetting my daughter's order.As a parent, it deeply saddens me that my young daughter had to go through such an ordeal while attempting to purchase a simple beverage. Waiting for more than 20 minutes, without being offered any explanation or apology, is both unacceptable and unprofessional.This Starbucks really needs to train their staff on customer service.

Not only is Valentina genuinely kind and caring over the phone, but she has gone out of her way on several occasions to follow up and ensure that my orders arrive complete and accurate. In a time when excellent customer service feels rare, Valentina’s genuine professionalism is a breath of fresh air!

I love this place !.... I love the remodeling that they just did , staff is very friendly, specially the barista Val she makes my drinks so perfect and always has smile on her face . Food always tastes great . Love going there every morning!
The drink I received was incorrectly made, and the overall experience at the location was disappointing. Starbucks employees and management should take more pride in their new store.
They've relocated to the other side of the street, but this Starbucks has the dirtiest bathroom I've ever encountered. They really need to hire a professional cleaning service.
