I experienced the worst customer service, or rather, a complete lack of it. I was ignored and didn't even receive a simple "I'll be with you shortly." It felt as though I was a nuisance to the barista. I waited for about 10 minutes, and the place wasn't even busy. I'm not sure what issues they were facing, but it had nothing to do with me. Additionally, I believe they mixed up someone else's order. I hope Starbucks improves its customer service training. Do better, Starbucks!
My fiancée and I stopped by this Starbucks inside the Vons because she really wanted her ice blended Mocha. Since there was only 2 people working at this Starbuck, the wait did take a while to first put in the order then waiting for the order. So if you come to this Starbucks location just be ready to wait if you come when the store is busy. Finding parking is basically easy since it's a supermarket parking lot and it's in a plaza.
I wouldn't recommend stopping here for Starbucks. There was only one barista who was too busy chatting with the cashier to focus on the customers. A couple in front of us ended up leaving because the barista continued talking to the cashier and then completely ignored us before walking away. Surprisingly, he found the time to jot down a drink that the cashier had suggested to him.
Worst staff experience ever at a Starbucks. There were like 6 members behind the bar and all of them seemed unhappy to be there. No greeting, just took my order. They didn’t take my name and didn’t call out the drink. No labels on the cups, so I literally had to ask if one of the drinks out were mine. Last time at this location. Book a table now
Honestly every time I get my drinks here they taste SO AMAZING. They actually take their time and the end result is a delicious Starbucks drink that I keep coming back for. They also have a special parking spot just for us coffee customers. Keep up the good work and consistency! :
There was no sense of urgency at this restaurant; I waited almost 30 minutes for a couple of simple strawberry drinks. The ratings really say it all. They seemed to be out of ingredients and everything else! Shaking my head.
This is a busy busy location. They offer walk in and drive thru. Great customer service. The staff here is awesome! Go get your caffeine on! ?
Regular in store starbucks. As long as you're not in a hurry you should be fine. Book a table now
