I frequent the area daily due to my mother residing in the area. Each time I enter this Starbucks location is I have to wait 5 to 8 minutes, no line, only one at the register, just to have zero employees give any impression of acknowledgement that a customer has entered its doors and is welcomed. Today I had no patience to be insulted once again. There's 3 employees behind the bar and they all turn their backs and knowing I'm there because they heard the door, they intentionally avoided eye contact. Some of the reviewers here seem to have never worked in a busy Starbucks, and it shows! The staff are friendly and accommodating. They prepare and serve drinks accurately. I've never had a negative experience. Yes, there are times when I have to wait for my coffee or food, but that’s just part of being in a bustling coffee shop! Whenever my order has been messed up, they always correct it promptly and are very apologetic. The atmosphere is just what you’d expect when you walk into a Starbucks. A big thank you to all the dedicated baristas and shift leaders who brighten my mornings! Keep up the great work! Your efforts are truly appreciated.
I really liked the guy who resembles Ben Barlow; I believe he was the one giving out delicious tea samples. I wish I had gotten his name and the name of the drink so that I could order it and have him make it for me. There was also a gentleman who looks Dominican, and I wish I had caught his name too, as he was very kind to me. One of the other staff members mentioned that my gold card didn't work, so I was charged 50 cents for my refill, which I don't quite understand, since it worked the next day. But that's alright.
Staff is weird and awkward, could learn some better hospitality from when I went the other dayI don’t recall they even called my name for my coffee, I had to go and see for myself (it wasn’t even that crowded mind you)Not sure if it’s due to me not being like their regular customers but I’ll definitely be sticking with the local coffee shop that’s nearby insteadOnly plus side is that it’s open much later then other coffee spots

I consistently find myself waiting about 30 minutes just to place my order and receive my food, even when the restaurant isn’t crowded. The staff tends to spend more time chatting with customers than paying attention to those waiting. It seems they are seriously understaffed given the amount of traffic in this area.
All the staff members are friendly and even though it gets busy, they get your orders done quickly.
What’s more important than the paying customer, here? Everything, but.
