I visit this location quite often and generally find the quality to be acceptable. The staff is usually friendly, but they need to pay more attention. I have a dairy allergy, which means I can't go through the drive-through; I've had too many experiences where my order was made with dairy. I have to go inside to monitor my order being made.
Additionally, I have a speech impediment, and the music inside the store is so loud that the staff struggles to hear me clearly. To avoid mistakes, I've started showing them my typed order on my phone, with "OATMILK" and "DAIRY ALLERGY" in bold and all caps.

I’m not sure if I’m just unlucky, but I’ve never waited less than 15 minutes for my order. The drive-thru often gets so congested that there are times when it doesn’t move for over 5 minutes between cars. I assume this is due to the staffing issues that many places are facing, but it’s always significantly quicker to just head to the Starbucks at Barnes & Noble or Target down the road.
We had an incredible experience with the team, who were exceptionally sweet, attentive, and professional while also being compassionate. The cashier was particularly kind, ensuring we were happy with our visit. We left feeling genuinely moved by his thoughtfulness and care. There are plenty of other adjectives we could use to describe his service, but we don't want to sound cheesy.

This is the best caramel macchiato I've ever had from Starbucks. I asked for it to be a little sweeter, and they absolutely delivered! I also love the convenience of the drive-thru and the outstanding service. The Starbucks menu offers great choices too!
Can’t ever get drinks right. They seem to ignore every customization on drinks. Maybe this is just to make drinks faster? Friendly staff though!
