Very disappointed with the very expensive limited edition Disneyland Paris cup I bought from this Starbucks in the Santa Fe hotel. It was a present for my wife who really wanted it but when she poured water in it for the first time it cracked, even though it’s supposedly ‘Microwave and dishwasher safe’. Waste of €20 and no response from customer service when I e-mailed them as advised. Back in the UK now so obviously can’t go back. Thanks for nothing Starbucks.
Came to the store at 1053. Doors were opened we went inside and were looking at sandwiches and when we turned to the till the girl said they were closed then her and her colleague both spoke in french and laughed. If they were closed door should have been locked or at least we should have been told when entering
Really disappointed by the staff at this store went at 10:53 and when we entered the staff were looking at us at the fridge looking at food and when we went to go up to the till we were turned away and laughed at
