I opted for drive thru service at this location on Foothill Blvd. I ordered some great lunch items and tea/latte drinks. They were out of the breakfast sandwich I wanted, but substituted the bacon gouda breakfast sandwich which was very good. They didn't have a Casara coconut milk latte, but substituted for a vanilla flavored latte and it was a great! Employees were very helpful and friendly. Enrance into the drive through from the Foothill Blvd entrance, can be a tight turn into the entrance of drive thru. Also if more then 4 cars are lined up to order at the speaker, you have to gap the entry area, since its a thru-fare for the other stores and restaurants in the shopping center parking lo...
First time I have ever walked into a Starbucks where it was Not busy, and not a single employee acknowledged us. When we got to the register, Lauren, didn 't look up or make eye contact, she was just staring down to a small device, robotic like she asked, are you ready to order? I placed our order for 3 drinks and she just said scan your app to pay. Walked away and just started to make our drinks. There was another employee working the drive thru window and a third employee cleaning the restrooms. The store vibe was not good. I order the same drink every day from the same Starbucks—a blended pink drink with vanilla sweet cream instead of coconut milk. I've never had any issues; the staff is always friendly, and my drink is consistently delicious. However, just ten minutes ago, my drink tasted very different, so I politely requested if they could remake it—especially since I just paid $8 and wanted it the way I like it. Unfortunately, the woman who assisted me was extremely rude. Because of her attitude, they have now lost a customer.
Clean , safe cafe, with attentive staff. Conveniently located with sufficient parking. Patio overlooks the very busy Route 66 . I ordered a Peppermint Mocha Latte , hot , almond milk, extra whip. Not only did they get it right but added the tiny chocolate sprinkles/ shavings to the whip. That's just perfect attention to details that not all Starbucks get right.

Nothing better then buying 12 dollar bucks of coffee with the wifey. We enjoy sitting outside, so ask the staff for chairs inside. They've been removed so the riff raff doesn't hang out outside. It's nice to sit outside and sip while staring at the foothill mountains. Don't forget to tip.
I would give this location a ZERO STAR if I can! One employees was rude to me ! Like if she didn't want to work . I didn't get the girls name but she should be fired giving me attitude when I was being nice ? Okay I would not be coming to this location ever.
I've grown tired of the political agenda that is always posted up in their store window's...I just want to enjoy my coffee free of identity politics...i go accross the street now and enjoy my political free coffee...
The service here is excellent, and my cold brew was perfectly made with an espresso shot. What more could you ask for? I didn’t take a picture of my drink, but I’ll remember to do that next time.
