I had a rather disappointing experience this morning, February 16th. I ordered a Venti Green Matcha Tea Latte and waited nearly 30 minutes for it. When I inquired about my order, a young staff member had already prepared several drinks for others who ordered after me. He apologized and handed me my drink, but when I got to my car, I discovered that I had been given the wrong order (coffee), even though the cup was labeled correctly. Upon returning to the store to explain that I can't drink coffee, they corrected my order to Matcha, but used the same cup, so I could still taste the coffee in my drink. It was quite disappointing, especially considering the price and the lengthy wait of about 4...
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, the staff was quite rude, and the wait on Saturday mornings was incredibly long, especially considering the crowds from the farmers market. I placed a mobile order, and it took over half an hour, but I found that if I walked in and ordered directly, I received my food much faster. This is not the level of service I expect from a Starbucks.
I had a rather unusual experience at this restaurant. A manager from another location came in and started chatting away while picking up some trays, which was quite distracting for the other manager who was trying to focus on work. However, they were playing Ariana Grande's "Thank U, Next" album, so I’m giving it 4 stars for that!
A very busy place and their online orders a little slow but Starbucks has always been a go-to for drinks and food. I love the strawberry frap and most of their food. We also got the pumpkin cream cold brew and a matcha latte with pumpkin foam. Both were very good and well-spiced.

I had a really nice cup of coffee here! The roast was just right, the temperature was perfect, and the flavor was excellent. The service was great as well. I would definitely come back again.
I am a regular customer of Starbucks, but this location I rarely visit. The last two times, the young ladies were a bit rude. I felt unwelcome and I will avoid this location in the future.
This place is fantastic! The atmosphere is vibrant and everyone there has their own unique vibe. They even have a personal roller coaster that you can ride while waiting for your drinks!
Charged for large drink, but received medium. They argued about it instead of replacing. The food warm up took forever, waited more than 15 minutes in empty branch.

I tried the carmel crunch Frappuccino it was delicious ?. Lily the Barista was so nice and pleasant. I give her a 10 on customer service.
Iced coffee tasted terrible. Tasted COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than every other Starbucks. No offer to make a different drink as a replacement.
