This restaurant is excellent with exceptional customer service. I typically order through their mobile app and they rarely make mistakes with my order. I recently found out that Starbucks has online ordering, which is similar to mobile ordering but allows you to leave a tip. I will start using online ordering so I can tip these hardworking individuals in the future. They definitely deserve it!
I only ever go through the drive through and frequently get the same guy. No idea what his name is, but he always sounds very welcoming and polite. His enunciation is also very clear through the mic, to the point where it is noticeable.. not something I generally pay attention to. My orders are always perfect thanks to him!
I ordered the grilled cheese on sourdough bread and it was amazing! I look forward to coming back for another one, along with a delicious cinnamon dolce matcha latte!
