"Very unhappy with my experience at this Starbucks. I came in expecting normal, friendly service, but instead I was treated very rudely. The girl at the counter with blonde and green hair had a bad attitude from the start — no greeting, no respect, and she kept giving me uncomfortable looks. After that, I noticed she was also rude to other customers. It honestly made the whole place feel unwelcoming. Customer service should be much better than this. I won’t be coming back. Hi staff, I usually come down to grab a drink sometimes the staff are nice enough to give us a neighbour discount but I understand that you can’t now. The cashier that just served me had the worst attitude. Gave me cold eyes and looked annoyed that I was placing more than one order. I understand how hard you guys work I have absolutely no issue with any of the other staff just the lady with bleached blond short hair and piercings. We’re all in the customer service business it gets hard and stressful I get it but there is a level of decency when serving people. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

It was really low hospitality I received from Asian lady staff. The only reason they have customers is because they have the store in CBD. I'll never come again as long as staff attitude is that awful. Come on, here's Australia, a multicultural country, right? At least I tried to ask her in English so you need to show respect to each other even you don't understand what customers say. How silly I was I didn't record her behavior. I was polite until leaving there as always I am even she kept giving me an awful attitude. I didn't even want to give a star. Worst Starbucks everthx a lot.
