I have eaten from many Chinese takeaways but this one is the worst I have ever tasted! I ordered a chicken curry, fried rice chips and prawn crackers. Having ordered through Just Eat the delivery time was set for just over an hour. After two hours I called to find out were my order was to be told they are waiting on a delivery driver! Two hours and forty five minuets after ordering it arrived. The dinner was cold. The chicken did not taste like chicken, god knows what it was! The curry sauce tasted burnt, and the fried rice had lumps in it! Even the prawn crackers where terrible, as if they were made in rotten oil! Ordered through Just Eat App and I have raised a complaint over missing items, food being delivered 45 minutes past the estimated delivery time and also damage items. The bottom of the sauce contains were bust completely and the sauces was everywhere. The chicken fried rice was hard and very dry as well as in keeping with the other items ordered, extremely cold! I would avoid this takeaway at all costs as it’s extremely poor quality and bad service.
The worst food ever, the rice was still solid, the chips were hard, the chicken well let’s say it didn’t take like a decent chicken breast at all rather the watered rotten kind. The chicken nuggets were like cardboard. A complete waste of £30, it all went in the bin. I did also phone to complain how bad it was. They just said what do you want us to do. Oh I dunno maybe could have refunded for the awful food
Used to be good but terrible now. Cheapest prodylucts used. Meet is gristly. Back het chips many times over. Don’t know how things haven’t changed with all the rubbish reviews over years. I’m surprised it is still trading. The use of the cheapest ingredients is just horrible. I won’t be back. I’m not saying it’s dirty, I’m just saying the food tastes cheap and nasty. Avoid. 6 of us staying at Craig Tara and fancied Chinese food. We Pre ordered and then drive the 20 mins to collect it. They didn’t start to cook the food until we arrived and we waiting 30 mins for it. Wished we hadn’t bothered! The chips had been fried at least twice and were hard and cold. The rest of the food was tasteless and gloppy. You couldn’t pay me to eat it again!
Me and my family placed a delivery at 7:16pm and are still waiting on our food!! We got an email to say it had been delayed and food would be with us at 8:20, it is now 9:45. We then saw that it has been put through as delivered on the just eat app. Been trying to phone and goes straight to voicemail every time. Will not be ordering from here again!!
We always try our best to make things better sometimes it's hard when just eat wants you to make a time when you can't make it on time so we have customers in shop to so, we only a small takeaway shop
Worst special chow mein I have ever had more like thin noodles with onions and very little ham 6 small prawns 3 pieces boiled chicken on top and 2 slices of pork. Went in bin wate of money AVOID Book a table now
Awful!!! I’m still waiting over two hours since ordering. I’m fact we’re nearly at the two and a half hour mark. Have phones twice so far to complain. Pathetic!
