we ordered food to deliver here. according to order confirmation of the restaurant, the delivery takes 60min. when after 90min there was no food there and the restaurant did not report, we called. it was relatiw unimpressed that it will take another 45min until the food is delivered. to wait for 2h to eat without getting an info about the delay, triggers great dissatisfaction!We then finally picked up this ourselves to make at least a few minutes good.The portions we have expected for the price somewhat larger.Leider has not yet recognized the owner to use negative feedback as a chance to improve. then the restaurant with safety could secure more master files.We wanted to forgive only 1 star...
have eaten there and ordered 2x. unfortunately the sushi does not taste especially and partly also not quite fresh. the ram was very good. however, mochi eis completely penetrates with ice crystals and the resistance is not as expected. but that is also a matter of taste.It is a fact that the owner is also zero criminal, which can be easily recognized by the answering to bad reviews.
for the first and unfortunately also for the last time. the first point, we called before and asked if you can redeem the freeberg voucher card when ordering online, we were told and then it was not! the second point, we ordered it to be there 18.15 and it only arrived after 50 minutes. and the third point is that we got something wrong.Very disappointing.
the sushi here tastes really good and there is a great choice. the place is quite small and you have to expect some waiting time as each sushi is freshly prepared for the gasses. star sushi also offers a home delivery. here unfortunately 2x went a bit wrong or was not delivered at all. so unfortunately the 1 star to reject. Very nice mix of well-known sushi varieties and own, very tasty creations. The ingredients were very fresh and the waiting period was for a large sushi board, 3 individual dishes and an appetizer at approx. 25 minutes, which is perfect. Very much.
it's the best sushi I've ever eaten in Germany. high quality ingredients and good portions. sometimes the smell in the inner is somewhat strong, but not always. I recommend
small local with a few tables and take-away in an inconspicuous street. very friendly service and eating was not only very tasty, but also lovingly arranged.
