State Fare Kitchen Sugar Land

the food was delicious, the ambiente was perfect, but the service was terrible! they were extremely slow and brought the wrong drinks orders and then forgot to bring a drink. I had to cancel it because we were finished with our meal when the waitress came back and quiet without drinking. the waitress told us that she would compose the drinks, as it was her fault, then didn't really end like that. we ran late for a show and had no time to tie them back and to transfer the scary.

Been several times and usually good. But now it seems like they have changed the menu removing several items. Food was not as good as usual. Also, they nickel and dime you to death. Work to upsell and have you add items to everything you order, then charge $3 for each. We added meat to our queso $5. Small mule drink $14. Overall, mediocre food and very expensive.

the server was very distracted and has made several mistakes with the ordering. even after we have corrected them at numerous locations, the air will be continued. we finally left the restaurant, left the desserts that we had ordered and had never received because it seemed like they had never got their share together to get the ones to us.

State Fare never disappoints. Menu changes took a couple items off the menu and of course as with everything, prices have increased. Thankfully the food quality seemed to mostly be the same.

always a great experience in state tariff. great service. mindful and friendly waitress.
