My husband and I often visit S&M and have consistently had wonderful experiences, both through delivery and in person. The food is delicious! I have seen other reviews mentioning that sometimes orders can get mixed up or items forgotten, which is understandable. However, whenever we've pointed out an issue, S&M has always provided excellent solutions for us, offering options like pickups or coupons. I highly recommend the chicken tenders, the main burger, fish tacos, and butter chicken—there are so many favorites that it's hard to list them all at once! Lol.
The staff was very accommodating, but unfortunately, they seemed unfamiliar with gluten. They mentioned having a dedicated fryer, but when I asked for confirmation, it turned out they didn’t. I ordered a rice bowl that came with crispy noodles on top, and when I inquired about it, they said they would check. It turned out my order was incorrect, so they had to remake it. As a result, the rest of my party finished their meals before I was served.
I wish the food had been hotter when I received it, but I understand that the distance from the restaurant to my location might have played a role. They advertised the soup dumplings, but unfortunately, there was no soup inside. I'm not sure if the distance affected that as well. Nonetheless, they were incredibly delicious, and I definitely plan on ordering them again!
I had a really disappointing experience. We placed our order at 6:20 PM, but due to the restaurant's delays, we didn't receive our meals until 8:15 PM. On top of that, my chicken sandwich was overcooked and extremely dry. However, my wife's bowl and the appetizer were fantastic. Despite the good dishes, there definitely needs to be some improvements made! Book a table now
The website is quite informative, but the staff is even more impressive. They have a great understanding of celiac disease and dietary restrictions, particularly when it comes to their Asian dishes.
I ordered mixed veggies with The Empire State but it was just peppers, onions mushrooms. I was hoping for something a little more substantial I guess. The steak mashed potatoes were great.

I've ordered the bison burger with a lettuce bun twice now, and they really understand celiac disease here. I've had no issues at all!
