I recently dined at Stax, which just celebrated its first anniversary, and I can see why it's so popular. The service was outstanding! A note for parents: the orange juice is freshly squeezed and delicious, but it does have pulp, which might not be suitable for kids who aren't fond of it. The coffee was excellent, and the potatoes with fresh peppers and onions made for a lovely side. I rated it 4 stars because my eggs were a bit undercooked and the pancakes were slightly overcooked, but we arrived right as they opened, so they may have still been getting everything ready. The atmosphere was enjoyable as well. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area!
I must admit—STAX breakfast provides a distinctive experience, especially compared to many other places I've been. They offer a diverse range of options that creatively combine pancakes and omelettes. I ordered the eggs with Filet Mignon, and it was delectable—definitely a combo I hadn't tried before. The Smoked Salmon Scone is outstanding; I might just order two next time. And, of course, the pancakes are simply amazing. The service was excellent as well. We were lucky to have a wonderful lady who attended to us promptly and with great professionalism.
I have to be honest?STAX breakfast are unique, at least compared to most of the places I have tried. There are several options and blends between pancakes and omelettes. Stax far surpasses all expectations! The food is fresh and simply amazing! The staff are extremely friendly and go the extra mile to provide a fantastic experience. I tried the early bird special, and it was truly outstanding! This will surely become one of our regular dining spots!
The food at Stax is truly delicious. The cinnamon roll waffle is deep-fried, crispy, and sweet—a real delight! I also remember the potatoes being very tasty. My only complaint is that they don't mention the 3% fee for credit card payments until you arrive to settle your bill.
This is an incredible spot! Our breakfast was wonderful. I strongly suggest trying any of the pancake options on the menu. Our waiter, Conner, was outstanding—he skillfully managed about ten tables at the same time.

Nice breakfast and brunch place. Burgers are very delicious. They also make good drinks. Service is great as well.
