Delicious steaks and sides, in a classic Austrian atmosphere. The table settings, like the wait staff 's movements with the presentation of steaks, are very precise and professional and polished. They also have fish, salads, and some other choices for non-steak lovers, but I never tried them; this is primarily a steakhouse. The staff speak excellent English and are all very friendly. The hidden gem is that the owners (Marco and Sophie) are both professionally trained breakdancers. If you ask nicely, and they are not too busy, they will put on a tableside show for you. Marco can do the robot while their dog Kurby does backflips and howls.
Definitly the best steak in Graz. Service was very friendly and helpful. Steak cuts and wine was explained in detail. As a starter we had mixed Bruschetta with garlic, tomatos and duck-liver. Main dish where a porter house 1000g for two, grilled vegetables, creme spinache and green salad. Steak was excellent, the sides two. Steak was served on plate, seperated from the bone. Perfect medium rare. New York cheesecake was also excellent as dessert. From a food perspective greate restaraunt. The only small downside are the toilttes. They seem to be under construction. Looked very much like a temporary state.
Die Fleischqualität passt spitzenmäßig, das Einstellen auf den heißen Tellern hat ebenfalls seinen Flair. Es hat sicher jeder andere Vorstellungen darüber ob und wie ein Steak gewürzt werden soll/darf, mein Geschmack wird hier jedenfalls perfekt getroffen! Der Preis ist gemessen an der Qualität hier absolut okay. (Was sich von manch anderen Steakhäusern in der Stadt nicht behaupten lässt.
the steaks are really excellent and on the point.The supplements are great tasted and steal the steak not the show.The ambiente is really beautiful and harmonious.You have to take some more money into the hand, but each cent is well invested. the steak boutique concentrates on the essential and the associated quality is great.

there are certainly cheaper steaks in graz, but good quality naturally has their price. the meat was very delicate and perfectly roasted. there was a crisp kiss. the staff is very attentive and friendly.
already at the first visit I was so excited about the Porterhouse-Steak! simply the madness. beautiful local, only the acoustic in the large space not so good - very loud.
