Steak & Lobster Heathrow

The service here is always poor!! They are understaffed. Waited ages to order even after calling the waitress to come take our order. She took ages to come knowing we were waiting to order. The food is usually good here even with the poor service, but this time it wasn’t up to scratch and we are regulars! The steak was not cooked medium, the chips had no paprika seasoning and the salad barely had any dressing!! I was really disappointed!! When we tried to tell the waitress there is no paprika on the chips she tried to tell us that they are!! They need more staff

I was extremely impressed with this restaurant. We only visited when we flew out of Heathrow the following morning, but I would return just for the restaurant. The food was delicious and the staff were attentive and competent.
