Food is still great, but I want thrilled with the drive thru experience we had the other day. It was busy and they clearly gave our order to another car since there were 4 of us waiting past the window and the 3 cars behind us all got their food brought to them and left while we sat there waiting. After about 10 minutes we were asked what we ordered and then they hurriedly went back inside and made the food over again and brought it out 10 more minutes later in a plain bag with no receipt or anything. No explaining why it took 30 minutes. Disappointed
store manager and staff are very friendly and know my order when I come in! I had no problems with this site as they were reopened after the COVID restrictions were raised. the food has always been delicious, and I love the new menu kioske and even serve drinking station much better than waiting for a busy waitress come my order. I would recommend this location! my only small weight is that they have not returned the garlic parmesan frits.
Not like it used to be. Order from a kiosk in there new dinning room, there's options for extra sample extra fries you pay for them but don't get them! Ordered garlic burger , it was ok but sloppy . Put the shake in glass so you could not take it with you, which made no since because everything else was served in paper. Wasn't impressed.
That experience was disappointing. Ordering from a kiosk and waiting for my meal to be prepared was tedious. Having to carry my own tablet to the table was inconvenient, and the food did not meet expected standards. Additionally, I had to clean my own table. I don't appreciate having to play the role of my own waiter.

I dropped by for a casual burger and shake before catching a movie. As usual, the food was excellent, and the shakes were definitely the highlight! I did notice that the service was a bit slower than usual, but honestly, being able to sit down and enjoy the atmosphere made those extra minutes worth it.
The new layout inside is a significant upgrade, designed to be Covid-friendly. The staff and service have improved remarkably, with prompt delivery and a clean dining area. Overall, it's a refreshing change. I'm definitely planning to return... for a shake!
The food was amazing as always, and the prices were great. However, the staff could be a bit friendlier, and they really need to upgrade the drive-thru speakers. It's difficult for them to hear my order and for me to hear them, which is quite frustrating.
We had our first experience at Steak Shake since before the pandemic. The kiosks were new—are all restaurants using them now? The food was good, and my son enjoyed it too; he even got a sweet milkshake to go.

This my daughter favorite place to go she loves their fries and chicken tenders. Everyone is just so friendly there.
