We stayed in Pearl for work recently and, having had an excellent Steak 'n Shake experience in the past (at another location), were excited to have another. There were several issues, however. This particular location was out of relish, among otheringredients and/or add-ons, at the time of our visit. There was, additionally, no other option than to order at the kiosk. Thesethings are not generally disheartening enough alone, but there were also problems with our order. I ordered a cotton candyshake and received vanilla, and we requested honey mustard and did not receive it. Thankfully, these issues were resolvedwithout issue. Furthermore, I received something other than the garlic Steakburge...
-10/10 service. employees were standing around not doing anything. asked for take out gave us dine in. the chicken tenders were hard and burnt definitely microwaved. fries were hard most definitely dead and should have been thrown out hours prior. out of alot of items on menu. all of the tables were dirty and were never whipped down. spent 20$ on food i couldn?t even eat. the onlycook in the back was wearing yellow crocs without socks which is not only very unprofessional and gross but very illegal. saveyourself and do not eat here ever. staff is trash, food is even more trash. please shut the place down and replace it with achick fil a, respectfully
Be prepared for a longer wait than you might find at other fast food restaurants. However, this is more than made up for by the friendly staff and the best burger enthusiasts in America. It's the last fast food joint where you can truly taste the flavor, although it is on the pricier side. Definitely worth the indulgence!
I ordered the bacon double cheeseburger, but there was barely any meat on it. The fries were small and hard. They no longer have waitstaff, so you have to place your order at a kiosk. I definitely would have been happier and more satisfied if I had gone to Wendy's next door instead.

My husband and I visited the restaurant for lunch today, and it was our first time there. He was really impressed and couldn't stop talking about how delicious the food was! He’s already planning to go back to try their breakfast.
I didn't have to wait long for my food, but the fries were cold by the time I got home. I also requested no onions on my burger, but they were still there. However, the shake was delicious!
The burger was good, but the service didn't meet expectations. There were mix-ups with my order, and I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff while trying to get my needs addressed.
This place was great. The food was great and the shakes... OMG!!! You forgot the bacon on one of the burgers, but quickly fix the problem.

I really enjoyed the Parmesan fries—absolutely delicious! Steak 'n Shake has done a fantastic job improving their offerings!
