This location has rude employees as well as the manager. We sat in for 40 mins just to get up to the window ans had to sit and wait another 25 mins. I called inside to see if they were having technical difficulties or if I needed come in. The customer service I received was the worst and this is not the first bad experience I've had here so I decided to leave a review this time. Its unfortunate that this is the only location within 20 miles of my house. I eventually left with no food and hungry kids. My kids really wanted a milkshake that's the only reason in waited as long as I did. This location sucks!
That's good, BUT I worked back there for a few years. It's not a back part-time job I like. But unfortunately I didn't even take three full weeks. I had the black guy as my manager and he fired me because I slowly made the milkshakes. That's why I was slow, it was confusing because the abbreviations were set like the same milkshake. For example, if someone wants Graham Cracker milkshake, the abbreviations for Smores sm. They even admitted they could be difficult because of the abbreviations. So then I was called to the small office and I was told that my productivity was low and he let me go.
Food was good, but not ready even though I pre-ordered. 3 of the 5 employees were not wearing their masks properly; not over the nose. A delivery driver that was picking up was not wearing a mask at all. Neither were two other customers that came in and chatted while waiting. Me and a gentleman in his mid-70s both noticed it.
While visiting a friend in Atlanta, I decided to try this place as a new place I've never had for a quick bite. Your food was a good tasting for a surprisingly good price. Customer service was comforting and their personalities were very friendly. Definitely you need a location in Philly. Book a table now
Thanks Sonya! There were only 3 people and a line wrapped around the building and the street. Everyone broke ass there and worked really hard to get all orders to them. These people are overworked and underpaid. Thank you for your hard work.
Haven 't been to a Steak 'n shake in 25 years. A lot has changed since then. $4 menu and burgers and shakes are awesome. Wait is a little long but the food was good. This is my new favorite fast food restaurant.
The most unfriendly staff waited for a meal forever they act as if they would do you a favor to wait for it, and my bacon-lettuce-and-tomato had a quarter inch in bacon on it, that was it
If you order online, make sure you dress your burger. If you do not add salad, tomatoes and onions, you will only receive meat and bread. And this is your fault. Book a table now
Server was friendly and service was fast. Chili spaghetti is good and not too greasy. Garlic Burger was good as well.
