This is one of my favorite places to order take-out or delivery. Their steak tips are the best, cooked by Reginald, who is a culinary school graduate. He goes out of his way to make sure I?m happy. He is also one of the managers. When I go to pick up my order, the staff is very friendly and offers me a sweet tea on each visit. The rolls, loaded baked potatoes and salads are to die for. They, also, have a fast delivery service if I don?t feel like ordering take-out. This is the best place to eat on a Friday night! I order the Hamburger Steak Dinner during Lunch time and I receive 2 pieces of Hamburger Steak. A fresh large bake potato, roll and salad. You get a One tube of sour cream, 2 dressings of your choice , 1 butter and there steak sauce which is really good. I asked for onions to go in my salad and they did. Steak Out food I received was very good, hot and fresh. But more importantly, I want to say that the driver was so courteous, and professional, Plus, he didn?t get lost to my apartment like so many do and then my food ends up cold. Order was made thru DoorDash who was quick to deliver. Order cooked and made at steak out was the worse meal I?ve had in a long time. Order was incorrect and steak was tasteless and well done when medium rare was ordered. Potato was dried out and notprepared as ordered. When I called to get 4.00 refunded because of potatoe I was told by steakout that I would have to callDoorDash and complain. DoorDash did not ruin my supper. Steakout did. Never again
