This was our first time at Steelefish Grille the food was absolutely delicious. There were several items on the menu we wanted to try. The only thing was we were surprised that we came during a blue plate special of $5 off an entree and ordered during that time frame but because we were rung out at 5:17, 17 minutes after the special was over it wasn't given. Didn't make a deal about it, just surprised usually time based specials are when you order them.
The food was not good at all. Even the cheesecake was barely edible. It’s overpriced and underwhelming. The kids meal was $9 and you have to pay extra to get French fries as a side instead of their standard. Anywhere else French fries are standard. A bowl of soup is $9. And the food just isn’t that good; it was practically tasteless except for the crab soup I had. It used to be better some years ago but I’m not sure what happened.
The playground and outdoor patio are fantastic. The food was very mediocre and lacked seasoning. Service was just ok and the bathrooms needed a cleaning. So much potential! Nice quaint restaurant with delicious food. The atmosphere was pretty nice. Our first server seemed as if he was forcing himself to be nice.(Not good). Definitely going back for the food though! We met the manager, Mr. Storm, a very nice guy! Bethany is a great server!
1st experience here and not bad. Mixed drink was awesome but too much ice. Meals all the way around were very good and nice sized portions. We will be back.... manager is more than welcome to contact me Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50
