The restaurant is cosy and one feels quite comfortable for a nice dinner. The food is quite yummy We have been twice and in both occasions, the pasta, calzone and pizzas were amazing! They have as well a good selection of wines. They are quite flexible and made the last time a reservation for us for quite late and with a very short notice. We just had a little delay the first time as it took around 1 hour to be served. They apologised and the food is soo good that we didn’t mind to try the second time. No delays this time. I don’t give the 5 as I would have expect them to offer the coffee or something as a gesture for the delay. Anyway, it is worthy to wait a little if needed.
We had to wait for a table, so we took it as a good sign, but what came later was quite shocking. Staff was very rude. Not taking care about anyone at all, putting the cutlery wherever on the table, not sticking to any rules, waitress was almost throwing the things on the table, no menu in English, no soap or toilet paper in the bathroom, food was fine, but the general impression makes you forget about the food.
It's our favorite Italian. proper attention and good pasta; although they have become somewhat sad: food and personal (the attitude is also important)
