the torched pie was in taste and was fade. My wife took some pig cheeks that were insipid. I was served with a sauerkraut whose chest and pork shredder was rubbery and tasteless. the smoked sausage was bloated with coloring as well as the knack that was too smoked and colored. Only the cabbage was acceptable. we don't always understand the positive feedback when we ate a meal like that. all this lacks professionalism. hoping that the restorer will take over and put a few extra euros on each line of his card and buy quality products and not the first prize. Only the black pinot of alsace was good. Nothing to say about service. In time, this restaurant was more qualitative. Has he changed owne...
