despite written reservations, waiters and reception were unknown. completely overloaded and not only friendly staff. there was only a small menu, because of overload. we did not want to wait indefinitely because of the reservation, have left the hotel unmanaged dinge and fed very well in another hotel.
eating was excellent as usual. the service must be processed. in particular the communication between customers and service performance.
